Bee pollen
Bee pollen appears as small orange-yellow to dark brown or black granules. Pollen has a sweet, floral taste that varies depending on the plants the bees collected from them.
Pollen can be used in different ways, such as adding it to oats, yogurt, salads, or in smoothies or similar drinks.
Pollen is one of the most important sources of vitamins and minerals and a rich source of amino acids. It gives power and energy to the body and has many therapeutic benefits such as removing acne, treating arthritis, eczema, fighting high cholesterol, osteoporosis and improving liver functions.
Pollen can be eaten by adding it to milk or yoghurt, sprinkling it on a piece of bread greased with honey, or sprinkling it on salads.
Note: If you have seasonal allergies, you should consult your doctor before use
