Bee Bread
The adult Bees mix about 160,000 grains of pollen with
nectar, honey and some of their saliva to make the protein-rich "bee
bread" that bees in the hive feed on.
Bee Bread can be used in different ways, such as adding it to
oats, yogurt, salads, or in smoothies or similar drinks.
Bee Bread is one of the most important sources of
vitamins and minerals and a rich source of amino acids. It gives power and
energy to the body and has many therapeutic benefits such as removing acne,
treating arthritis, eczema, fighting high cholesterol, osteoporosis and
improving liver functions.
Bee Bread can be eaten by adding it to milk or
yoghurt, sprinkling it on a piece of bread greased with honey, or sprinkling it
on salads.
